Returns & Refunds Policy

At TRUEAT Foods, we take pride in delivering pure and high-quality products. Since our products are natural, perishable, and carefully processed, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in cases where products are received in a spoiled or damaged condition.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order with clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Products must be in the original packaging and unopened for the return request to be valid.

Refunds & Replacements

  • No monetary refunds will be provided.

  • Instead, we will send a fresh replacement product at no additional cost as compensation.

  • Replacement will be processed once your claim is verified by our quality team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All products are non-returnable unless spoiled/damaged upon delivery.

  • Items opened, partially used, or returned after 12 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
