Cancellation Policy

At TRUEAT Foods, we work hard to ensure that every order is processed quickly and delivered fresh.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been successfully placed and payment is completed, cancellation is not permitted.

  • This is because our products are perishable and processed immediately to maintain freshness.

Exceptions

  • If you have placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel, you must notify us within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellation requests after this window will not be accepted.

  • In rare cases where TRUEAT is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability, operational issues, or logistical challenges), we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Since cancellations are generally not allowed, no refunds will be issued once payment is completed.

  • In cases where cancellation is approved by TRUEAT (e.g., our internal error or stock issue), a full refund or replacement will be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
